In most cases, people who meet the eligibility requirements established by the State of Kansas for developmental disabilities are eligible for services. Eligibility does not guarantee immediate access to services. Access to services and supports is dependent on funding availability. After eligibility is determined, CDDO administration personnel will notify the person if funding is available for requested services and assist the person in choosing a case manager.
